I have a passion for a holistic approach that caters to each of my clients individual needs. After a detailed consultation, I can identify short- and long-term goals and create a plan personalized to that client. I enjoy every session I perform, but I have found techniques closer to lymphatic drainage and myofascial release are my favorite to perform.

One of my greatest strengths as a massage therapist is my versatility and adaptability. I can apply a wide range of pressures depending on the client's needs, from an intense deep tissue work for managing chronic pain and releasing restricted muscles, to a light touch perfect for calming and rejuvenating massage for the body and mind.
